Referring to the importance of accurately understanding the market and customers, he stressed that determining the target group, their financial capacity, lifestyle, and desired environment is the first and most fundamental step in designing a successful project.

This building industry professional noted that today, merely delivering a building is not enough, adding: “We must consider people’s expectations in design, operation, and use of available facilities, and strive to do more than we have promised.”
