Rebar Prices See Limited Fluctuation, While Beam and Cement Markets Hold Steady

According to a report by SAMA, the building materials market today (25 Shahrivar 1405, corresponding to September 16, 2026) experienced limited fluctuations, continuing the trend of the previous day. Most rebar and beam sections were traded within their previous price ranges, while the cement market continued its supply without any significant changes.

In today’s building materials market, A3 deformed rebar (18 mm) from Arian Steel was priced at 93,090 tomans, up by 1,000 tomans, while 16 mm deformed rebar from Neyshabur saw a decrease of 450 tomans, reaching 85,000 tomans.

Additionally, 12 mm A3 deformed rebar from Zafar Bonab was traded at 86,910 tomans, and 18 mm A3 deformed rebar from Kashan was bought and sold at 90,910 tomans.

12 mm A3 deformed rebar from Zob Ahan (Isfahan Steel Company) was traded at 97,270 tomans, 12 mm A3 deformed rebar from Qaem Razi at 87,730 tomans, and 12 mm A3 deformed rebar from Kaveh Tikeh Dash at 89,640 tomans.

According to this report, today (25 Shahrivar), 14 mm A3 deformed rebar from Bafgh Yazd was priced at 89,270 tomans, and 14 mm A3 deformed rebar from Anahita Gilan at 89,090 tomans.

Relative Stability in Beam Prices

The beam market also experienced relative price stability today. 16 mm beams from Zob Ahan Isfahan were traded in the range of 114,580 tomans, 14 mm beams from Zafar Bonab at 81,101 tomans, and 14 mm beams from Shahin Bonab were priced at 79,817 tomans at entry points.

Today (25 Shahrivar 1405), 20 mm beams from Arian Steel were traded at 86,055 tomans, 18 mm beams from Zob Ahan Isfahan at 105,490 tomans, and 16 mm factory beams from Faico at 77,982 tomans.

Furthermore, 20 mm beams from Nourd Foulad Yazd were traded at 88,991 tomans, and 14 mm beams from Kermanshah at 88,180 tomans.

Cement Prices See No Significant Change

Bulk cement prices also saw no significant change in rates today (25 Shahrivar), with bagged cement from Mazandaran traded at 263,000 tomans, bagged cement from Kerman at 290,000 tomans, and bagged cement from Hormozgan at 250,000 tomans.

Bagged cement from Tehran was traded at 253,000 tomans, bagged cement from Sufian at 289,000 tomans, and bagged cement from Abyek at 255,000 tomans.

Additionally, bagged cement from Modallal was sold at 266,000 tomans, and bagged cement from Darab at 255,000 tomans.
