The governor of Iranshahr County, during an inspection of the 38-hectare and 98-hectare sites of the National Housing Movement in this county, stressed the urgent need to remove obstacles facing contractors so that residential units can be brought into operation.

According to SAMA, Salim Kadkhoda cited a progress report showing 72 percent completion of subgrade and site improvement works on the 98-hectare plot and said: “Completing these projects is a serious commitment in response to the legitimate demands of the people, and no delay in the execution process should be tolerated.”

He added: “Our current priority in this county is continuous follow-up and resolving the execution bottlenecks that contractors are facing. We must not allow slow delivery of infrastructure services to prevent the timely handover of housing to applicants.”

The governor of Iranshahr County continued: “Planning must ensure that all responsible bodies — from the Roads and Urban Development Department to the municipality and the water and electricity utilities — act with maximum coordination so that people can see these residential units become operational as quickly as possible.”
