Preparation of ۲۹۶ Hectares of Land Under Iran’s National Housing Movement Completed in Bushehr Province

Asghar Keshvarian, Director General of Roads and Urban Development for Bushehr province, has announced the completion and handover of site preparation works covering more than 296 hectares of land allocated to the National Housing Movement across the province. He stressed that all of these projects have now reached 100 percent physical progress and have been transferred to eligible applicants.

The Director General outlined the scale of the civil works, stating that the total area of prepared land under the scheme amounts to 296.4 hectares. Within this area, 4,029 individual plots have been planned and allocated for the construction of 5,217 residential units.

On the status of essential infrastructure, Keshvarian added that water and electricity networks are now operational at the 17-hectare site in Baduleh, the 40-hectare site in Khormoj, and the 30-hectare site in Ahram. He noted that, of the total prepared area across the province, 87 hectares have so far been fully connected to water and electricity services.

Providing a breakdown of the projects by county, Keshvarian said the 40-hectare Khormoj site, with 624 plots designated for 801 units, the 37-hectare Bushehr site, with 403 plots for 1,006 units, the 30-hectare Ahram site, with 423 plots for 435 units, and the 23-hectare Borazjan site, with 325 plots, account for a significant portion of the completed works.

He further confirmed that all remaining sites have been fully prepared and handed over to applicants. These include the 20-hectare Delvar site with 246 units, the 17-hectare Bandar Rig site with 271 units, the 22-hectare Deylam site with 292 units, the 17-hectare Baduleh site with 250 units, a second 37-hectare Ahram site with 500 units, the 21.4-hectare Boshkan and Kalameh site with 323 units, and the 31.9-hectare site in the city of Choghadak.
