Ali Dejagah, an active figure in the construction industry, has announced the formation of a new company aimed at addressing existing gaps in the sector, drawing on his experience in procurement and contracting within the Lotus Construction Group’s projects. According to SAMA, the company’s initial phase focuses on industrial production and collaboration with manufacturers and finishers, for which it has developed a dedicated package.

According to Dejagah, this package has been initially applied to projects under the Lotus Construction Group. Subsequently, adopting a holding-style approach, another package has been launched in the construction sector, complementing the design, finishing, and execution bundle.
Objective: Expanding the Package to Other Projects
Dejagah emphasized that the primary goal in the first stage is to utilize this package within Lotus Construction Group’s projects, and then to expand it to other projects to further develop finishing and execution activities.
