Integration of Engineering Services and Granting of Qualifications

The Director General of the Building Engineering Development Office at the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development added that, in this process, the integration of engineering services has begun, and the granting of design, construction, and execution qualifications to professional builders in the private sector and the government-affiliated sector is on the agenda.

He emphasized that this chain will be completed with inspection, control, and technical building examination companies during the operation phase. Asadi expressed hope that, under this new approach, the rights of the end-user will be guaranteed when using the product of the construction industry, and that insurance companies will play a more significant and greater role.
